Google Adsense ads forcing a prompt dialog

While browsing my pages, I suddenly go this prompt dialog. I use Firefox 3. Anyone else is getting this? It just happened once so far...

What should Firefox do with this file?

Is it a problem with my ISP, my host, my browser or Google?

Could it be one of the new expandable ads?

I have never had that message but my own site only has text ads as do all the Adsense publishers among the sites that I regularly visit.
