Jeez, the new AdSense page looks like it was designed by someone in the 3rd grade, not by the programmers of the largest company on the planet. Please roll it back to the previous version -- there was nothing wrong with that one!

What difference does it make? It's a *login* page!

I just logged in using the new design, which I think looks very nice and clean, and received a warning about loading secure and nonsecure items. It looks like the login function itself is not secure, as you can't login if you don't accept the nonsecure option (the user name and password fields don't appear).

Google pages are full of those warnings; for some reason their programmers are incapable of putting the graphic elements in secure directories. Sure wish they'd fix it. But that doesn't mean it isn't secure.

Yes netmeg, it *is* just a login page and that's precisely why there was no need to screw around with it.

Maybe Google had a reason. It's their property. Shouldn't matter to us as long as we can still get to our accounts.

It loads twice as slow as the old one, which was bad enough. Why do they have to do an automatic reload of all the images anyway, I hate that when there's no particular reason for it.

This happens a lot with Google and other https:// sites as well.

How the people who code these pages for secure sites can't take the simple expedient of loading graphics, css files or whatever onto the secure server is totally beyond me.

Are they even aware of the annoying problem they create?

Well I guess that I should "chime" in here because as I went to check my adsense numbers (as I usually do) and it wasn't working like it had before HERE is the first place I came to find out what was going on!

Like someone else has said I hate change too - it was fine the way it was but I'm sure that they just wanted to do some updating and "modernizing".

Glad to see that there were others who "panicked" just like I did!

when i open www.google.com/adsense in the address bar of google chorm browser i get this sign "!" and when i click on it i recive this security warning
" Your connection to www.google.com is encrypted with 128-bit encrypting. However , this page includes other resources with are not secure. These resources can be viewed by other while in transit, and can be modified by and attacker to change the look of bahavior of the page.

is it safe to login this page?

New look is impressive, however, it always asks:
Do you want to allow non-secure items to be displayed.
