Stats Lagging Today 3rd March 2009?

My actual clicks have been diabolical all day so far, anyone else experiencing the same?

I'm less than half what I would normally have expected by this time.

The last couple of days have been good therefore something bad had to happen on my busiest day of the week!

I hope it's a stats lagging

Same impressions like on Monday at the same time

25% less clicks
30% less earnings

Also Monday was not a great day, but this is a disaster.

Today until now eCPM is 68% less from that what was usual, ony year ago.

Not seeing any apparent lag. Numbers look fairly normal.

As far as I know, there's nothing weird going on.

Reports can take some time to update and that's perfectly normal. There's a great FAQ page in the Help Center here [google.com] if you want to learn more.

If I hear anything, I'll be sure to let you know.

Goodness Gracious.

There better be a lag because stats are at 60% of normal.

Just wondering why nobody is mentioning that they cross referenced their AdSense stats with their logfile stats.

Heh; maybe because those of us who do don't post (or need to post) about possible "lags"

Well, at the end of the day, whatever happened seems to have affected only one of my core sites with one of its worst earning's day of the year but definitely its lowest eCPM and CTR of the year with 50% of average.

Weird, very weird.

Earnings about normal here, EPC about normal though impressions are lagging which makes the eCPM look great.

This kind of thing happens all the time. You can't really tell what happened today until tomorrow.

You just can't look at this stuff day to day and have it make sense. I absolutely believe that some things don't catch up or resolve same day.

I was under the impression I was WAY further down than I actually am - wasn't till I started running one to three month comparisons with last year that I saw that I was actually only off by tiny percentages, allowing for the fact that I took some sites off line (or took AdSense off them entirely)

You may well be down for a multi-month period, but you sure as heck can't draw any conclusions from day to day. AdSense just doesn't work that way - if it ever did, it doesn't now.
