CanI Join AdSense if Co. Incorporated in Caribbean & Bank in Hong Kong?

Hello,

I have a company incorporated in some Caribbean tax heaven (I'm not US citizen if you're wondering). But the company main bank account is actually in Hong Kong (everything legal), where I may arrange receiving mail post (let's say a virtual office, but it is not a subsidiary nor a branch).

Can I set up an adsense business account in the name of my company incorporated in the caribbeans while using the company's Hong Kong account and address for the payee information?

You can try. Is there any reason for the convoluted structure?

Coincidentally, I asked Google the same question very recently. The answer was that payee info needs to reflect the registered (i.e. Caribbean) address of the company, not the location of the bank account. Depending on the Caribbean location in question, this may also mean that cheque (rather than EFT) is the only option available for receiving funds, even if the bank account is located somewhere where EFT is an option.

I'll have to incorporate a new company in Hong Kong then.

To Tangor: my company is registered in the British Virgin Island, by incorporating over there besides avoiding taxes, I may also avoid most of the usual paperwork and annoyances, but for banking I just prefer to use the facilities of a real financial center like Hong Kong. Also, my suppliers and customers are less prejudiced when hearing that my company's bank account is in HK.
