Problems with Ad Manager

Can't import channels; can't post to group

This is very frustrating. I'm trying to get up and running on Ad Manager before some of my busy seasons start; it's a brand new account. I go to import 61 existing AdSense channels into it, and it tells me:

"Ad Manager cannot import the following AdSense channels because placements with these names already exist: (channel 1, channel 2)"

Where channel 1 and 2 are the names of two of my most important channels. It's a *new* account, there ARE no channels in it.

To make matters worse, there doesn't appear to be any direct support for Ad Manager, is that right? Because they send you to the user group - but every time I post there, as soon as I hit submit, I get logged out of my Google account. What's up with that? Should I take it personally?

NOT HAPPY.

Once again, the more complex a system gets the more it has the possibility of breaking.

I didn't try to import channels (yet).

But here's a link to Admanager support:

Thanks for the link - I've been up, down backwards and forwards in my account, and I can't find it from there.

i had a problem with channels too. i set up a load in admanager, deleted them, and then couldn't port them across to adsense. it doesn't allow you to make a new channel in adsense if it previously exisited in admanager -- even if it you've already deleted it. you've basically got to start from scratch again.
