You then spell out your exact issue (again) and it will either tell you that you'll be contacted in a few days or else it will tell you that the nature of the request is such that they cannot reply to individual inquiries.

I know it sounds obvious, but have you checked that Google have the right postal address for you - the right *country*?
If so, then I suggest you write an old-fashioned snail mail letter to them.
Be sure to include all the reference numbers, etc.
