How do I contact Google Adsense?

My first check is 5 months late. I've clicked the reissue button twice. I've yet to hear anything. How long is it reasonable to wait?

Thanks,
Deb

Have you checked 'payment history' in 'my account' - any clues there?

Yeah, this:

Payment Type: Check
Payment Date: Sep 25, 2008

It isn't very helpful. I have requested a reissue twice now, haven't heard squat from them. Should I?

Thanks,
Deb

Something's wrong.

try the help > forum link - I doubt you'll be able to contact direct first off (Google doesn't like human contact - it costs!).

adsense-support@google.com

They will send you back some FAQ answers and give you a link to a contact form. You then spell out your exact issue (again) and it will either tell you that you'll be contacted in a few days or else it will tell you that the nature of the request is such that they cannot reply to individual inquiries.

Is this the same cheque that you posted about in January, are you sure you have crossed the earnings threshold and that they have all of the necessary details to send your cheque to?

How do I contact Google Adsense?

You don't.

Unless it's really really really important.

It's the same check. But I will try the email netmeg provided - thanks!

What about the later checks. Have they arrived?

Well, round and round we go. Emailing did no good. Now what?

Unfortunately I'm not making enough yet to have more than 1 check issued.

I never believed it when they said "Rome wasn't built in a day"
But 12 minutes is not a long time, even for Google.

Unfortunately I'm not making enough yet

According to this post:
[webmasterworld.com...]

it took almost three years to reach your first payout.

Are you sure about not making enough yet?

If nothing helps try:

What I meant was the email I got from Google just contained a bunch of links to go to. Follow the links and end up at the same reissue form that I already submitted two times.

So it took 3 years to reach my first payout. So what? I'm still entitled to receiving it.

Right, and you're going to have to send the form again, and wait. It could take a day or two.

I'm still entitled to receiving it.

Of course you are.

I know it sounds obvious, but have you checked that Google have the right postal address for you - the right *country*?

If so, then I suggest you write an old-fashioned snail mail letter to them.

Be sure to include all the reference numbers, etc.

What about your mailing address on file with Google? Is is correct? Is it secure - is it possible someone is stealing your mail?

Yes, my address is correct and I even supplied my phone #. Maybe snail mail is the best way to contact them, I didn't even think of that. I just thought if you request a check reissue it should show up *somewhere*, or you'd get an email regarding the status or something. My reissue requests seemed to have disappeared into the ether.

Try posting here on googles help forum, I know this thread is getting attention from adsense staff who say there are still bugs in the system that they are ironing out and are manually fixing accounts.

Good luck contacting them. You're gonna need it. Youd sooner find a phone number to heaver -- ou you could go through their preferred proxie -- Jenster - she has their ear ( ans she;s sweet as sugar).
