I contact many times at adsense-support@google.com , google forum and blog but no reply. I am worry about my payments. I heard this blog is MattCutts and he is google employee.
This forum is not Matt Cutts' blog.
To answer your problem,
1. Log in to your Adsense Account.
2. Go to 'My Account'
3. Select 'Payment History'
4. Look at lower right hand side:
5th: If you do not receive your Standard delivery cheque by this date, you can request a reissue
5. click on 'request a reissue'
6. This will open a new page; look for "contact us" and click.
7. Complete and submit the form that you are taken to.
Provided the cheque has not been stolen and fraudulently cashed, there should be no problem. If you think it has been stolen, you'd be wise to alert the police before Google does.
