should I report users that clicked my adsense 2 times? there are several of them, some with a few seconds interval and some with a few minutes distance

Report them to who? Frankly I think you would just make Google suspicious if you tell them. They must have the ability to detect and discount such clicks, so I wouldn't worry about it.

No, Google has already told us that they can identify accidental clicks and not to worry about them.

No. Don't wake the sleeping dragon. Google does identify accidental clicks already.
