I often see sites with 2 large rectangles etc on a single page but somebody told me it was against the TOS. That's stuck with me ever since and I've never done it.

But now, I want to add two 234x60 ads one under the other as it fits perfectly in to a space I'm filling.

Anybody know for sure whether this is against the TOS?

Cheers

Paul

No, it's not against the TOS.

It's not against TOS unless you have more than three ad units on the page total, including those two.

I've sometimes stacked 2 or 3 - 234x60s in place of a single 250x250. Some times I'll stack 2 - 234x60s on top of a 200x90 AdLinks unit. The benefit is that always fill the space with ads or at least PSAs instead of sometimes getting just one ad showing in the 250x250 adblock.

That works well for me, but there isn't a lot of ad inventory for some of my page topics and that could make a difference.
