I'm running a not-for-profit website but as i need to pay the growing server cost i decided to put an ad on my website a few weeks ago. So far no negative feedback has been received. I promised them i'll donate all profit (if any), and i think it's very possible that i will have small profit now. I'm wondering if it's okay to publicize my revenue and let them know how much i've donated?

As far as i remember publishers are allowed to publicize total earnings amount. But publishing such info on your website where you have AdSense is not a good idea because it would be treated as "drawing attention to ads" and may cause invalid clicks (prohibited).

Check out the program policies section Encouraging clicks. Personally, I wouldn't risk doing what you're stating.

Some publishers have come crying here because they drew attention to their adsense ads on other sites, including forums.

You're encouraging clicks by discussing that you are donating ad revenues generated by clicks. It's not subtle. It's encouraging clicks. Once you are banned you are banned for the rest of your life until you die and even in death your name and website will probably remain banned by Google AdSense. If there is a thing as reincarnation, then pray you come back as a being with more common sense and in the next lifetime will not behave as recklessly.

Above is stated with concern for your welfare and in the hope you will have a good result as a consequence.

Best,
