Has Adsense stopped accepting Blogspot sites?

I tried adding back a few blogs I had removed from Adsense and even though the Adsense widget is still in place on Blogger, when I went to add it to URL tracking on my account Adsense wouldn't let me.
It gave me a "URL cannot contain a google host." message.
I figured it was just a glitch till I went to the Blogger forum and tons of people are getting the same message.
Is Google denying Google?
Or is this just a glitch?
I haven't seen anything regarding an official statement.

Well that would curb down the level of plagiarism going on in anonymity.

This would be good news! Too many blog sites are stealing content and images from my websites.

It must be a glitch. Just create a channel name instead.

The subject title of this thread concerns Google not accepting blogspot sites into AdSense.

The text of the first post concerns AdSense not allowing a URL channel to be established for a blogspot site.

Those are two very different things. Which is it?

Well you can put ads on pages, but you can't create a URL channel to track them.
So you have no idea if they are making money ...or how much.
Sure you can do tracking stats with other sites, but you cant see ECPMs or CTRs for Adsense.
At least not with a site I know of.

Set up an AdSense ad unit in AdSense. Assign a channel. Then copy and paste the code into blogspot.
