They Replied and surprised me because they had disabled my account because of same physical address can not have more than one Adsense account BUT they said me to pay me earnings WITHIN 90 days (date was 17 June then).
90 Days has reached but still today they did not pay me. I tried to contact Adsense Support Team Several Times but I found only Auto Responses.
I just wanna ask You guys What Should I do Now ?
It's fine as long as the questions are just answered badly and do not lead to disaster. But when I pointed to a problem in THEIR statistics and they came back with a canned response about the fact that they do close accounts that show a lot of fraudulent activity (I never asked about that), I knew that you do not want to interact with these people. Unless it's absolutely necessary.
That's odd you were taxed though. I wonder if you checked the "Exempt from backup withholding" box in the tax area.
If you go to them with a problem you risk your site/account examined and unrelated issues brought up and discussed.
If you have stuff that you know breaks the rules, why don't you clear it up ?
If you think you might unknowingly have stuff that's breaking the rules, reread the ToS, review your site yourself.
Having stuff that breaks the rules (or might seem to break the rules) will eventually be found out, either by Google, either by a visitor reporting you, or by a competitor doing so.
I've asked them a few questions got a few canned (useless) responses to stuff they didn't seem to want to discuss, and got a few very useful replies over the years. What I noticed its that the more useful answers take a while to be sent, but that's fine as they usually also fix trouble or bring clarity.
Backup withholding on taxes is a US measure to ensure you pay taxes (Google is only following the US law). How it works depends a lot on the treaty (if any) between your country of residence and the US, and your tax status at home. For many countries (but not all) there is a treaty and it typically is there to prevent you paying taxes in both the US and at home. How it works depends on the specific treaty itself.
The IRS has tons of information online on this, but you'll need a lawyer specialized in the relations between the US and your country if you want to be sure. For those from countries where tax evasion isn't the worst thing around: don't try it with the IRS, they are though and respond harshly to being cheated. Don't just check that box unless you know what you're doing, it might haunt you.
Today is 30th of september and I was expecting an email from Google Adsense about my income. But they did not send me any message regarding my payments. They are not replying any of my messages. Hope You people also know that Adsense provides poor support to their approx. 300k Publishers.
Should I expect an email from Google Adsense next month ( or next year or next decate or next century or on my next birth ) ?
I still find it really hard to believe that they would not accept two accounts at the same address. What if you just update you apartment number in your profile? For example, you and your bro will have the same address, but you just differentiate it by the appartment number somehow. If you live in a house, then it is easy, if you live in an apt building then just add a zero to your apt or something like it..
