Can I use pop-under advertising on pages with Adsense

Does anyone know if it is allowed to use pop-under advertising on webpages with Adsense? I can't find anything in the TOS about this.

To me it looks like a grey area. How can a pop-under interfere with site navigation? You only see the pop-under after closing the page, thus after ending the site navigation.

Yep, and there's only one place to get a good answer in these areas: Google. Show them a sample and see what they have to say.
