Can we have a day without a 'stats stuck' thread?

Stats stuck threads usually begin in the morning, United States time. This is likely because North Americans haven't gotten to work yet so no one is clicking ads. In other words, check your log files first, it's called slow traffic.

The next feature about stuck stat threads is those starting them are usually outside of the United States. So aside from the time difference, there may be a stats update delay for publishers outside of the United States. This is pretty consistent about stats stuck threads, as those who are mired are usually in the UK.

Rarely it's true, the stats really are stuck. It's not that Americans haven't flipped on their computers yet or technical delays in updating servers worldwide, there truly is a delay.

The rest of it might be trolling.

And it always seems to be the same time period, UK 13.00-19.00.

This so happens to coincide with east coast US 08.00, west coast middle of the night, therefore are G performing some intensive server updates around this time?

I don't care that stats get stuck during the day as long as the total is fine at the end of it.

I don't even care about the end of the day, or the week for that matter. Its the end of the months' figures I care most about!

For more accurate measurement, End of Year result should be the best. ;-)
And if I am Warren Buffet, I don't even bother to look at the stats before it pass seven years period.

OK, I admit. Seeing the trend of Mon and Tue, I started this topic yesterday so that we wouldn't be left without an appropriate one on Wed. Just in case, should it be stuck on Sep 10...

Lately, the stats have been like sheep. They are baaaad.

I really wish I could do that...checking stats is like getting my fix. With your plan though, every two weeks would be like Christmas morning.

Well I get Adsense reports emailed to my inbox every day. If I really want to check, I just open up Excel. I only log in to generate new code or adjust some settings.

I check my stats a couple of times a day. The other month a tracking code link on my site failed and none of the pages loaded. If I waited two weeks to find that out I would have been much poorer!

Regular checks give me information as events happen. And information is king in business.

my stats are stuffed since been YOYOed from beginning of the Month while i was overseas for 3 weeks that no changes were made on the site for a good 5 or 6 weeks.It started off by suddenly drop 90% off the daily traffic for 3 days , then back to normal and gained new height for 3 days, then again drop 90% of the traffic for a week now...

Class symptom of being YOYOed in the SERP. Feeling sad man...

Friday - Guess what?

It's totally stuck again, as usual, per normal, ad nauseum...
