Can you display adsense offline?

We're building an offline application, that is based off a website. When the page gets built, is there anyway to display adsense ads offline?

I don't think it's possible, and I did a search, but couldn't find much information.

No AdSense code may be integrated into a software application.

Also, if it's offline, people couldn't click on the ads and generate revenue for you, so what would be the point in having them in the first place (even if it was allowed)?

If you just want to test the layout, you can copy the various examples from the Adsense page (as JPG) and use it in your offline app. But I agree that you are not only testing the Adsense folks (in terms of "software application"/see above), but also it might not make sense at all (Adsense is an ONLINE ad program/see above).
