This ad is really annoying and regularly shows up at the top of my block. I notice the url on the ad is slightly different from what the preview tool displays.

ie:
Displayed on page > example.com/unrelated-keyword
Displayed in preview tool > www.example.com/unrelated+-something--or-+other/

I've put the url in both as example.com and www.example.com (as shown in the preview tool) but even after several days this annoying ad keeps showing up- same url everytime.
