It's scheduled maintenance on AdWords which always takes down AdSense with it. I read that the maintenance today will last until 3 pm Pacific time. That's an hour longer than usual.

Your ads continue to show, gain impressions and hopefully clicks too during the maintenance.

Reading the AdWords forum is sometimes helpful. Look for AWA's Alerts.

If I remember my adsense addiction tendacies I think that's about right as far as converting the time - although if I were sure I wouldn't be posting here and asking the question - LOL!

Rose, there is a 3 hour difference between the Pacific and Eastern time zones to the best of my knowledge. So that would make it 6 pm Eastern. Right now the time is 11:29 am PDT for reference.

And over here its in the 4pm time range - so another 2 hours to go!

Yes, impressions and earnings are stuck where they were four hours ago before the shut-down. That feels very ominous.

Don't forget, AdWords was down too. Maybe they have to update all the clicks that the advertisers accrued before they can update how much they're paying out to the publishers.

Certainly something is wrong but I have never seen it so far behind. You'd think they'd get it updating before returning any results at all. Better an 'out of service' notice than such a serious updation malady.

I was able to log in and see my adsense numbers BUT when I clicked on "Payment History" it said I didn't have permission to enter that page! Please tell me that this is not only happening to me!

My impressions are down about 75% from what they normally are at this time of day. The CTR is extremely high. I'll ride it out too.

Impressions are almost laughably low right now; clicks seem a little low also but not too far off. It seems like anytime Adsense goes down for any reason there are lost wages for the day.

I'm having no trouble accessing my Payment History.

I am glad this thread is here. Now I remember why I do not normally check stats on a Sunday morning.

Mine is catching up, though not fully up to date yet. Also no problem with Payment History.
