I have received a email from google Adsense team, saying "we noticed that you are currently displaying Google ads in a way that does not comply with our policies....As a result, we have disabled ad serving to the site. Your AdSense account remains active. However, we strongly suggest that you take the time to review our programme policies ...."

I guess because I used words search your local job in frot of Goodgle search box, so if I delete that line, would I possible get chance to use Adsense on this site again?

Please is there anybody had same experience like this can help?

Many thanks!

In cases I have seen reported following that email, where changes have been made in good grace, advertisements were restored.

I suggest you take the time to do as they say and read through the Adsense policies in detail, including the newer requirement for you to have a Privacy Policy, and make sure everything is clearly implemented.

So if now I do everything to comply with Google Adsense policy, how google knows about the changes are made, do I have to email to tell them and ask for review my site again?

Yes, you can email them - but do be very very sure - and err on the side of caution.

Remember that the policies are somewhat ambiguous and leave a lot of room for 'their interpretation' so try not to get too close to the fence, leave some buffer and cross your fingers that Google is interpreting the policies the same way!
