does google have any known issues with having adsense and yell netreach on a page?

Should be OK if users cannot confuse them with AdSense (i.e. do not look similar to AdSense ads)

AdSense publishers may display ads from other contextual ad networks provided they do not mimic the look and feel of your Google ads. In other words, the formatting and colour schemes should differ, so that your users recognise that there is no association between the Google and non-Google ads.
