What's the domain for these specific ads so I can block them? I'm a Firefox user and don't have access to a preview tool. TIA.

In firefox, CAREFULLY (so as not to click on the ad) right-click on the title link of the ad and select "Properties". In the "Address" section of the info will be a big, long url. In that url there is a part that says "adurl=". The domain name after that is what you should use to filter on.
