Where did you get that from. They are retiring the referral program. Not Adsense.

It must have been shocking for the op if adsense is his primary source of income until he realiazes that only the referral program is retiring. :)

Google's not going to retire adsense. It's how they make their money.

I suspect they retired the referral program because focusing their energies on GoogleClick made more sense, and their own referral program had many issues. So they're still doing referrals, just under the DoubleClick name.

That's true, my cousin's ex-boyfriend knows someone who used to work as a night janitor in a building that had a guy who's married to a woman that knows Matt Cutt's wife, and she's confirmed that.

I heard that Google are retiring Toyota, as GM sold more cars last quarter.

Both had sales fall - but Toyota fell further.
