Hi,

Firstly i would like to say that I'm new to adsense.

I think the way that a site has implemented it looks good. It looks part of the navigation. They appear to have change the font and removed the "ads by google" logo. Is allowed to do this?

If you are allowed to do, how do you edit the font and remove the logo?

thansk.

As you are an old time member of WW, you should know that it is against the TOS to drop URL's..especially parked pages with SEDO.

It's not AdSense, but a domain parked by Sedo that carries their own ads.

It's adsense. I'm sure sedo has a deal worked out with google allowing them to display the ads in that fashion.

My mistake, I bow to your wisdom wyweb! Thought it came from Sedo's CPM clients, didn't realise G got involved in parked sites.

Ha ha.. no wisdom here friend. I did take a quick peek at the source code though. Sedo's got the clicks going through some kind of redirect but it's definitely adsense. I guess the big boys can do that.

I wouldn't know.

Domain feeds have entirely different rules and standards from AdSense. Most of the parking places use multiple feeds (not all traffic gets served by all feeds) so they don't show where the ads are actually coming from at any given point, although if you're an advertiser you can generally recognize your own.

Thanks for the clarification, nutmeg, didn't know that.

In response to storelake, the answer seems to be park your site ;)

No the site i was taking about was Mahola the dot com version (is that allowed?)

Mahola appear to have some sort of special agreement with adsense which allows them to edit the font, size of font, and even remove the "Ads by google" logo.

That site has been parked by Sedo. Wyweb and netmeg's posts provide your answer as to how they do it. Your site will have to use the standard AS formats with logo et al.
