some advice would be appreciated ( highly )

already wrote to Adsense support - no response yet.

I carefully followed suggestions for troubleshooting and used the Adsense troubleshooting tool. The ads don't show up from different computers, different browsers and browsers versions. I tried to install the whole site under another domain name (the original domain name is www.pic4.us) and it did work, which I believe shows that Google, for some reason, opts not to show ads for the original domain name. I'm very anxious to get over this problem that I have been dealing with for more than a couple of months so far.
adds appear on Cached file of google search but not on the url

thanks

Your domain may have been banned for some reason.

I mean if it was previously owned, it may have been banned from AdSense. The preview tool wouldn't report it.

Did ads ever appear on it?

The thing is, if it was banned while its previous owner had it, you might never get it out of the doghouse. You can try to keep emailing adsense and telling them that it's a new owner (make sure the whois reflects that) but you may or may not ever get an answer or get it working. It might be a better use of your time to try a different domain.
