Using AdSense With My Play You Tube List

Hello,

I can create a add showing video and adds above the video, but for
some reason I can not link it to my personal play list with You Tube?
And also just the opposite, when I use my play list I loose my
advertising banner. What did I mis in setup?

Is it about Adsense?
