Plus Google has more vested interest to and bigger margin in displaying ads on the search network where it does not have to share, with the content network Google only gets 25-30% not like the 100% of the search network.

If I was Google's lawyer, I would introduce the judge to the meaning of RTFM then call for a ruling.
