Why can't I get mobile content ads?

I have sites in multiple countries...

On my AdSense Setup page, it says, "We do not currently offer AdSense for Mobile Content in Sweden."

I live in Sweden, but I have English sites in America too, so why can't I have mobile ads too?

At present, AdSense for mobile is not available to publishers in Sweden. It is available to publishers in Australia, China, France, Germany, India, Ireland, Italy, The Netherlands, Russia, Spain, The United Kingdom and The United States.

While we hope to offer AdSense for mobile to publishers in additional locations, we do not yet have any specific dates set.

I think all those countries have high mobile phone user ration as compare to rest of the world.

Why not if the Swedish publisher has an English site that can be viewed in UK or USA? I understand this for all Swedish sites only.

Nope, Sweden has one of the highest penetration rates in the world with 10+ million users, much more likely to be a dearth of willing advertisers or the way the Swedes use their phones in their home market.

However I must agree that it seems crazy that because a publisher does not live in a specific country that he cannot have English language ads provided.

I assume that this means that if I were to have a Mexican publisher's address I could not show Spanish language mobile ads although the Spanish could?

Hmmm...cart/horse/cart

PS Don't tell the Brazilians and Portuguese! Oh, they're not on the list yet:-)

Yeah, I don't get it. The ads should be tied to the content, not the residence of the publisher. Even my servers are located in the US.
