in my payment history, it showed "payment in progress" at March, 27.
but until today, it doesn't change.
for last two month, the payment will be issued after two days of "payment in progress".
I want to know how long will it take form "payment in progress" to "payment issued"

It seems like it has worked that way for you until this month as the date listed in your account is based on the U.S. The March 27 date would have been March 28 in China.
You should email adsense-support@google.com and ask them to trace your payment.
