today i am seeing publisher id displaying below the "last login" and "logout" link, any one seeing this ?

I've noticed that too. I assume this is Google trying to easily give us more information - saves you digging for it when you need your ID, eg when you ask for support of Google. I am guessing they get a certain number of support requests where the publisher says they don't know what their ID is.

Your ID is in your Adsense code. This is how you find out if your competitors are using a link farm!
