Reviewing a site of ours I am seeing an arrow were I can scroll through the adword clients. I have 2 adsense ads showing in text and can use the arrows to scroll bringing up diferent accounts.

I haven't heard of this and this is my first view of it as well.

The R/L arrow head is right below the adsense ad and on the same line as Google but aligned left.
