Phone verification down?

It's not calling my number...

So any new adsense publishers having any issues with the phone verification for your adsense account.

Got the email Friday saying we needed to phone verify.... we follow the instructions and it says calling our number...but the phone never rings.... the number they are trying to call is correct.... Tried today as well no luck.

The phone verification system has gone down and offline in the past.

Also might want to review the instructions.

Ya something must be up. 6 months ago when I helped the company I worked for do this....it rang immediatly.....

Some publishers have been reporting technical difficulties with our phone verification system over the past day or so. Our payments specialists anticipate that the issue will be resolved within 24 hours.

Phone verification fixed!

From the AdSense blog [adsense.blogspot.com]:

Our engineers have now resolved the phone verification issue [adsense.blogspot.com] we reported on Tuesday. If your account is still on a phone verification hold, please feel free to retry the verification process. For instructions on removing any holds on your account, visit your Payment History page and look for a 'Required Actions' box at the top of the page.
