Using the new feature of displaying results in your own site.

I'm sorry if this was asked before, but I've been browsing WebmasterWorld and searching and could not find this was previously asked.
With the new feature of Adsense for search in which you display the results in a page within your site, with your layout is it ok to keep my own adsense ads that are part of the template?

Actually, I've just found the answer in the program policies, don't know why I missed it since I've just read it some days ago. Just an adlink unit is permited on the page with the results, no ads unit.

My understanding is that you can't show ads on search results page.
What is in the program policies now is a little bit in conflict with that faq:
AdSense for search results pages may show only a single ad link unit in addition to the ads Google serves with the search results. No other ads may be displayed on your search results page.
