lowest ppc ever in history $0.003

Is this a bug?

All my other websites are doing ok with a reasonable average ppc of $.24. This other site every few days goes diving to a ridiculuos ppcs.

That's $0.0033 click
Is this possible?

I recently bought ads through adwords, I was paying per impressions, and I worked out I was only paying $0.004 per click so yes it's very possible. I feel bad for whoever owns that site I was advertising on!

If you are getting public service ads I think they count as a click but don't pay. So this would throw off your ppc.

If advertisers are bidding 1 cent per click and Google is taking a large slice then those figures are possible. Also Google may be flagging up some of those clicks as being invalid.
