Does google ever respond to emails?

I have emailed google about various topics over the last few weeks provided full details of my logins, domains, etc. Not one single answer.
It was annoying but on those emails it wasn't costing me money. Now I have a real problem which is resulting in financial loses, what do I do now.?

My reporting is all out of whack and doesn't show one single click in the past 48 hours. What I am supposed to do pause all my campains waiting for google to take their sweet time to maybe respond to an email with a generic response?

Adcenter, 7search, and YPN answer within hours every single time. Is this what I can expect from google going forward, if so I wont bother then. Anyone else having the same problems?

"My reporting is all out of whack and doesn't show one single click in the past 48 hours"

Reporting is fine. You have most probably been hit by low QS for SEARCH and CONTENT.

There are already threads running on this topic here.

G adsense does respond.. However I think , you are referring to adWords. If you write to them, you could expect a response (Generic or personalized) depending upon the nature of your problem.

For QS related issues, they are definitely vague and give no specific answers.

My issue has nothing to do with them changing the network. My adsense account should be showing all of my impressions in all of my channels. For example If I setup a channel called mainpage and I get an impression on websites with adsense ads that are on my main page channel then it should show 1 impression coming from the mainpage channel. It is not showing that at all. Why not is all I'm asking.

I checked al of the webpages and I am still being served ads on all the pages so everything is correct on that side of things.

I have contacted Google about 10 times, or even more.
They always answer, within a day or two at most (But as I live in Israel, the time difference makes it harder). I have no complains.

It used to be like that for me for the past two years. Now the past month I have sent 6 emails and all of them have gone unanswered.

That's strange. I just got an e-mail from them yesterday (A question about referral buttons).

I can't help you more than that, sorry.

I tried both the email form online and the adsense-support email. Same thing.?

Have you got the code and channels specifically right on the page? Sounds like that could be whats wrong?

I have been using the same channels for about two months. No changes nothing. In the beginning weeks I had one day where I wouldnt get at least one click. Now it been a day and a half same thing. I never changed any of the channels or anything like that. Only added channels. Never removing them.

andyem,

Check publisher id on your pages (via "view page source" menu item). Maybe someone hacked your site and inserted their publisher id to steal clicks/impressions from your site.

Just a thought.

That was the first thing I checked.

I finally received an email back from google after almost 2.5 days and the rep said there were errors on my account and a few others were also complaining from the same issue. It has now been fixed and I see channel reporting along with clicks. 1 click would have told me it was a bad day but 0 tells me something is wrong.
