You rule, folks (and folkettes) :)
Why would adding a CMS have this affect with google?
Does it change any header information?
Does Google know that there is a CMS behind the site?
No, google wouldn't know that there is a CMS, but it probably made it easier for GUS to add content, and update it regularly.
Nice one on making the $130 mark - keep it real, and try to keep adding good, useful (and unique) content, and the sky is the limit.
Righ on the spot, sir. And what's more: It made easier for my visitors to reach the content they were interested in.
To me, the main point is that I have a much better content structure after the revamping. The static site was almost impossible to maintain.
There's a weak point in the searching capabilities this CMS has when it comes to my language (weak stemming). But I have that somehow earmarked for review.
