Just added some adsense code to a couple of my new websites and they haven't shown in any of my reports yet.
All websites are showing ads. It has been a couple days.
Any thoughts?

Probably stating the obvious - but I assume you have added the channels into adsense? If the channels are there - and assuming they are spelt correctly, they should start showing stats immediately. I assume that website has had some visitors? If it is not working I would contact adsense. Sounds a bit odd.
