There are loads of free bits of software out there that you can use to track adsense with - I'm sure one of the guys will mention it when they see this thread.:)
Unfortunately I have too many pages to track each 1, so they are grouped (using a directory structure) that allows me to assign a single URL channel to track the performance of a set of related pages.
If I think a page is underperforming, then I may consider revising the content to try and attract better Ads (I don't spend much time playing "whack-a-mole" to filter out the low paying Ads, I prefer to try t attract the high paying ones.) If there does not appear to be sufficient good Ads to fill my spaces, I reduce the spaces available.
