I first noticed this Saturday evening (after system maintemance) and it has continued everyday since. The number of page impressions is typically small and the channels are always different.
Has there been a 'tightening' in the analysis of clicks (that anyone is aware of) or might I have a problem with some of my visitors?

I have been finding channel entries in my Reports Overview with minimal eCPM, no clicks and no earnings.
I was going to say it sounds like site targeted ads, but then I reread what you wrote and saw you got minimal ecpm (ie. > zero) and NO earnings, which is either what you didn't mean to say, or did and something is otherly strange.
Thanks guys... that's a bit of a relief!
Actually, DamonHD, since I started the thread... I've seen one of said channels convert into a click and earnings (not bloody much though).

Could be a very sound explaination for the previous days... especially since I have seen conversion a few hours later today.
I've seen it several times in my URL channel reports, and only in the past week
Yeah, first time I've seen it as well.
Thanks all!

Haven't noticed, but haven't been looking too hard as (a) I've been busy with other things (yes, other than checking AS stats!) and (b) I've had a string of some of the best total AS income days ever in a row as a result of significantly improving my eCPM after some small placement tweaks (AdLinks are *good*).

Nice to hear from someone with good eCPM these days! In the past week I've had some very good traffic and CTR but if the eCPM would have been where it was last year at this time... my wife and I would be dining out tonight and I wouldn't be writing this! ;-)
Just a bit more OT:
AdLinks are *good*
AdLinks are GREAT! Better than 70% of my best earning channels this month were AdLinks. Actually, earlier this evening I took leaderboards off of 60 pages because only the AdLinks were doing any serious buisness and even with the use of section targeting, the leaderboard ads still were drifting out of relevance.

I have 2 accounts (2 seperate businesses) - 1 account is purely for 1 website and the other has multiple sites.
The first account is doing great this week, but the second is consistently down across all channels (the websites cover a very broad range of topics).
Correct me if I'm wrong, but as far as I know, since Google Apply filters to accounts rather than channels, it looks like something has changed.
I had this non-zero-but-small eCPM but zero clicks and zero earnings
That is what it looks like in your stats when an advertiser has targeted your site. Now and then I get a penny or two from those but it never amounts to anything to write home about. Those site targeted ads aren't shown much at all since there is usually a regular CPC ad available that pays better.
I should have mentioned that I've had site targeted CPM ads (Onsite Advertiser) disabled from the very first day. Additionally, I've never seen this type of report entry until just this Saturday.
It's almost like G decided that everyone should have site targeted CPM ads ENABLED and "made it so"!
They wouldn't do that... would they?
