Has anyone used alternateurl for AdSense? I wonder if this is worth putting up instead of it going to a PSA type ad or if using something like Adbrite is better?

I am currently using the "collapsing ad unit" code in the alternate url. It makes the ad space go away when there's no ad.

[google.com...]

BEWARE: If you have more than one ad unit on the page, you should not use an alternate ad that is not allowed on the same page with Adsense (like YPN or the Amazon contextual ads) because you could have the condition where one of your Adsense ad units is showing alternate ads and the other is not.

I have used both alternateurl and adbrite. I was very dissapointed with the 1-3 cent per click earnings from AlternateUrl. I highly reccomend using adbrite instead.

I emailed Adbrite about using them as an alternative URL where in Google Adwords it says to enter a color selection or alternative URL. They emailed me back saying they "did not offer that product". So I am confused how you can use Adbrite?
