my blog displays ad in between posts

my blog displays ad in between posts. inorder to diplay that way i put the code only once. my blog has 10 posts displayed at the homepage.

the question is

1. adsence says only 3 ads shud be displayed in a page. even i see only 3 ads. but what if a 4 th ad appears? as there wud be ads between two posts. and pls note that i put the ad code only once. so am i violating the asence policies or terms & conditions?

i placed the ad according to heatmap for blogs
[google.com...]

Wordpress? Got the same problem. I have put the Adsense code in the index.php to display an ad on top of each post. But on the homepage of the blog it is duplicating the code and it displays ads on top of exactly the first 3 posts. That aint coincidence. I guess Wordpress and/or Adsense have arranged this. As long as I only see three adblocks I don't worry.
