Has anyone had any success, or can comment on whether tag clouds (relevant, or popular links displayed on a page -often found on user generated content sites and input by users themselves) can be a strong factor in what Adsense ads get displayed on a page?

Again, tags are links, so are these used to establish relavancy for ads, or is it just text on the page.
