Hello, I've just received my adsense payment check today, 2 of my co-workers want to sign up for google adsense services.
I've an adsense referee ad on website, can I direct them to sign up in google adsense through my website ad, or this will be against Adsense policies.

Do it, it is totally within policies, this is CPA cost per action where you only get paid when an action is performed (earning their first $100), so you can ask people to click and join. The rest of the Google ads CPC cost per click is a different matter and asking people to click would get you kicked out of the program.
