But make sure you indeed did not violate Adsense TOS in any way. Cause if you did violate their TOS and tell them you have no idea what you have done wrong, the are likely not to let you in again.
I can not judge about the content of your site because I don't understand Chinese. But perhaps Google considers your homepage an example of too much advertsing?

Btw.. It looks like his page says something like 304 ERROR only in Chinese :D

Not sure what this is or what it means but when I translated the page, (done many times in the past, IE version 6.0 by the way), in the right column it says "Microsoft will not let you open Google (Google) Recruitment "Killers".

Not sure if that message is a result of my IE not wanting to open up something on the page or if that is something going on with this website.

Well, I went back to do a screen print, but it is again showing the 404 error page. Earlier I also saw where most every link had a 404 error as well. Perhaps that is the reason that G banned the OP because the site does not work very well and has many 404 errors.

Also, IMHO, many advertisements with what looks like RSS feeds, no content that I could see, unless content is on the pages with 404 errors.

Just my two cents worth.

Unfortunately, we can't really do anything for you as your problem is with Google and the resolution has to be arranged with them.

Fortunately, we have some great posts on things to do if one should find their AdSense account banned. If you were innocent and had not violated Google's AdSense TOS, there are some things you can do to try to get reinstated.

Please read the following threads for some good advice.
