Hey.

I have a nice website that outputs search results based on user input (text and a few tags that I keep.) In the results page I put an adsense unit, but the ads there are completely unrelated.

Is there a way that I can make google read the text on that page before showing the ad units? To get better targeted ads.

I know it's ridiculous -- google will have to crawl my result-page whenever somebody is accessing it. But I just had to ask :)

Thanks.

My favorite way is to give Adsense a url its never seen before.

I do that by making the previous search query part of the new url. I get the best targeting when Adsense is forced to rely only on the url.

Mind you, at the moment Adsense targeting is way off. Lately my CTR is a quarter of its historical average. Its never been so far out of range before.
