It appears to be for me too. I was expecting this to be a good day too as my impressions are pretty good. Usually by evening the clicks start to come in, but not tonight. Maybe it is related to the problem in that other thread from today.

The bot isn't grabbing new pages either.

To release your stats from stuck status, right click on Adsense > Reports > Overview, and select "Add Clicks". Then add amount of clicks desired and earnings value per click.

I'm seeing the same thing too-- impressions incrementing big time, but clicks have remained stuck and abnormally low. The ads themselves are still targetted, so it's a bit weird!
