LOL, no your account is not crazy. G does not always update impressions, CTR, eCPM, etc. at the same time. This just means they updated your clicks before they updated the impressions. Happens quite often.

That does get me wondering. If a page is viewed with Adsense on it 10 seconds to midnight and all 4 ads (in banner) are clicked 10 seconds after midnight, would one day display the impression and the next day get the clicks?

11:50pm - Page Viewed
00:10am - Ads clicked

(The answer "the stats are not updated" just did not seem as twisted as it could have been.)

I know I've had clicks from an impression the 'day before' appear on the next day's figures. It happens and it's normal.
