I was thinking about which (well-paid) banner programs can be used along with text only adsense ads. I have a nice 468x60 place to fill at the top of my site, but would not like to use adsense image ads for several reasons (keep 3 text ads in content, split revenue, etc.) .
Could you share your knowledge?
