Same problem here. Only my normal login doesn't work at all, says incorrect password. When I login under an alternative username/email i get the error message you're seeing.

In adwords, there is something problem with the back button of your browser, they are saying:

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to process your request at this time. Our engineers have been notified of this problem and will work to resolve it. Please note that using your browser's back button in AdWords can increase the likelihood of errors. If you think this was the cause of your error, please try again without using the back button.

I think thats a spurious error, when I try and log in directly a whole bunch of session variables appear in the url then it bombs out with the above message.

Probably an authentication problem linked with session info - which follows with the back button message also.

Earlier today I got a page with nothing but the headers. Now I'm getting the error others are reporting.

It's back now.

Got the same problem here: it just keeps telling me "Username and password do not match."
