What happened to them?

During the last 60 days or so the bottom fell out of our CTR. We have a high volume site. I noticed I don't see anymore of the ROLLOVER ADS which seemed to be great for CTR.

Does anyone know if GOOGLE is still running these type of ads or have they been killed. I don't see them anymore. Now our CTR has dropped by 50% or more.

Would you explain what you mean by ROLLOVER ADS?

If you mean what I think you mean, I've seen several on my site in the last few minutes.

I dunno; I hate them. Wouldn't allow them on my sites.

@farmboy The ones that when you hold your mouse over, there is a status bar, and after 3 seconds a larger ad is opened. This is great for CTR so @nutmeg I guess you don't like money.

Oh, boy, here we go...nut, net, what's the difference? ;)

Money isn't the only consideration @marketmister ;) User experience has to be considered too. A bad enough user experience can make any gains in CTR insignificant over time and can actually wind up ruining an otherwise productive site. There's always a potential trade-off!

netmeg.

No, I love money. Lots and lots. And I make a ton of it by not pissing off my users - amazing how that works!
