I'm in the same boat with you, I'm getting refferl clicks all the time, still no money from google. I think I remember reading something that certain countires would not earn any money for certain refferls on adsense help. I can't remember any specifics, but I think that is whats been happening in my case, maybe yours too.

I did receive an e-mail recently saying that refferl earnings had not been recored for a short period of time (I think one day) maybe it was more like a few months :)
