About a month ago I started serving media.net ads.
Here on WWW others had mentioned that placing them on the same page as Adsense, as long as the ads looked/were different.
Initially picking a different looking Media.net ad format was easy enough to do, but at the time Media.net was just showing their own text ads.
Now it seems that they are showing some rich-media ads, and these seemed to be marked with "adchoices" markings, which I think is Adsense.

Is this a concern or violation of Adsense TOS? (If they're buying media.net ad space they must know this might happen.)

If it is a problem, how have others resolved this issue?

Ad Choices isn't just Google. But Media.net does serve some Google ads (apparently). It's coming from a third party network, so as I understand it, it doesn't break AdSense TOS. I'm pretty sure I read a confirmation of this from someone at Google, but unfortunately I can't remember where. When in doubt, contact AdSense email support, though.

Thank you. I really appreciate the answer. And I didn't realize Ad Choices wasn't just Adsense.
